Pet Portrait Process Explained:

Start by requesting a price estimate for your project. Choose between a portrait with one pet or a portrait that includes two or more. You’ll find the links at the bottom of this page.
If you have any questions—especially if you need your portrait by a specific date—feel free to reach out first. I’m happy to help make sure the timing and details are just right.

I’ll reach out by email to confirm your details, send an estimate, gather additional details, and answer any questions. You’ll send photos, share your pet’s personality, and let me know if there’s anything special you’d like included. Once you approve your estimate you’ll place a 50% deposit to secure your spot on my schedule.

I’ll keep in touch throughout the process and let you know when your portrait is officially underway. You’ll receive a more accurate completion date once I begin painting.

Before I finish up, you’ll get a chance to preview the portrait and approve it. Then I’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance. Please note: due to the nature of watercolor, major changes can’t be made once I start—so it’s important we communicate clearly at the beginning.

Once payment is complete, I’ll carefully package your portrait for safe delivery. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships.
